You have "pop up window blocking" enabled in your your firewall. Email function and smooches all operate with pop up browser windows. Disable "pop up window blocking" and it will work. |

How long does it take to get my pics posted? | A |
Instantly! We scan through the pictures as we get to them but they go online as soon as your registration is finished. Remember, NO NUDE PICTURES ARE ALLOWED! |

Why the limited amount of picture formats? | A |
Simple, If other data gets uploaded into the database like .exe files then the whole system will crash or some idiot will send in a virus. Our resizing software will only work with picture formats excluding .GIF. Keeping it simple keeps everything running smooth. |

Why is there no email trash folder | A |
Simple, This is a proprietary email system, and as such a trash folder was purposely not added. Because we are a free site, we must keep down the expenses and a trash folder would cost a lot of money. |

Your first picture uploaded is the picture returned on all searches. Landscape (left to right) format renders best on the search results pages. The other pics can be any position format. |

Again very simple. This is a dating site, and as such, all profiles must be available for viewing all the time. |

This will occur if you go back one page to correct an answer you gave during the original registration process. This is because that page has already been processed and doesn't need that information anymore. To solve this, just login using your username and password, as if you had an account, and it will allow you to continue to register. |

Do Love Levels search sexual orientation? | A | No. Lets say you are a Female who is BiSexual. You will only match to BiSexual people male or female depending on what you preference is. Lets also assume you date straight men. You would never see these men because they are straight. For now we have decided to leave it out. Possibly in the future we will add it in. All the manual searches offer Orientation. |
