Every now and then a new member joins CountryWideDating.com for the sole purpose of ripping off other people. Every morning and evening we scan for these rip-offs, and when found, they and all their outgoing emails are deleted. If you have been contacted by a member via the CountryWideDating email system for any of the following reasons below, or scenarios we have not yet seen, do not respond to them. They want money for any
reason
They want you to invest in something
They have a significant
offer and want you to email them off-site
They make friends with you
and a few emails later they ask for money
They give you a hard luck
or sob story and request that you give them money
The most important thing that gives them away is 1.
they have a poor grasp of the english language and 2. They are very
overwhelming with the devotion towards you and their anticipation to
meet or be with you soon.
They include a personal email address in their email
to you. Do not write to them or you will be hounded for weeks and weeks.
They will write to you over a few weeks time, and tell you how much
they Love you and want to be with you. Then they will hit you with
a request to accept a check from an overseas employer. They will want
you to cash this check and send them the money so they can fly over
and be with you. This check has no funds to back it up. If you cash
it and send them the money, the check will bounce and you will be responsible
